Company Director

Michalis Petrakis is a Civil Engineer with extensive professional experience in the construction and real estate sectors.His career began in 2003, when he worked as a project engineer for a construction company in Athens, participating in the development of 14 industrial facilities for the food manufacturing industry.In 2009, he returned to Chania and established his own engineering office, specializing in civil engineering services, including design and construction. Since then, he has been involved in numerous building projects, including residential developments, hotels, and museum facilities.

Since 2017, he has been a certified Energy Inspector and Building Inspector.

He has also served as a private investment consultant and private investment evaluator, and today continues to work as an active evaluator of private investment projects.

Since 2026, he has been a member of GEOAXIS, specializing in real estate valuation services across Crete.

In 2023, he founded MICHAEL PETRAKIS IKE, a company established for the development, construction, and sale of fully completed residential properties.
